Solar panel cleaning and maintenance

Anyone can throw water at a panel. A service visit is worth paying for when it also catches the things that quietly cost you output or shorten the life of the system.

Every visit

• Wash the array with the right water and no abrasive that will haze the glass
• Check mounting torque — thermal cycling and wind work fixings loose
• Inspect DC connectors and cable runs for UV damage and rodent damage
• Check the inverter log for faults you would never notice from the house
• Note the output before and after the wash so you can see what the dust was costing

How often

Quarterly suits most villas. Farms near open sand, unpaved tracks or livestock movement usually want it more often through the dusty months. We will tell you honestly what your site needs after the first visit rather than selling a fixed plan to everyone.

We service systems we did not install

Including the ones somebody else abandoned. If your array has been sitting there underperforming and nobody answers the phone, that is a job we take on.
